Bradley Morgan, Managing Partner

With over 25 years of experience, including over a decade in internationally focused healthcare and life sciences, Brad has successfully participated in the capitalization and global expansion of many emerging growth companies.  He is the Chief Business Officer of HaraeDx, an oncology diagnostic startup in Silicon Valley developing a highly accurate yet inexpensive and accessible single drop blood test for breast cancer. Brad is also the Co-Head of Go Asia SEA which, in conjunction with Go Asia China, provides regional market and commercial access to foreign companies. 

Brad is a Partner at 7BC Venture Capital where he previously was the Head of China and Venture Partner, focusing on the establishment of a family of JV RMB funds across mainland China. He was also a Managing Director at Katan Associates from 2014 to 2023 and was the Vice President, Business Development of POC Medical Systems. Prior to entering the healthcare space Brad originated and executed a successful hedge fund strategy, returning 464% over five years and also participated in over $20 billion in debt and equity transactions in investment banking roles.

Brad holds an EMBA jointly conferred by the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.  He holds a B.A., magna cum laude (with thesis honors), in Economics from Emory University.

Eric Wilkinson, Partner

Eric is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 37 years of progressive leadership spanning executive management, R&D, IP development and strategy, finance, partnering and licensing, and business development. He has led the development and commercialization of multiple products now on the market and brings deep experience across both domestic and international markets, having lived and worked in the US, Norway, England, India, and Southeast Asia.​

A repeat C‑suite leader, Eric has founded or co-founded multiple biotechnology companies, serving as President and CEO, and has sat on the boards of both public and private companies with full P&L responsibility and a strong record of growth. Following a successful IPO, he has spent more than 13 years based in Southeast Asia (Singapore and Thailand), working closely with government agencies, academic institutions, and the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. He currently also serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore, supporting the translation of biomedical innovation into commercially viable ventures.

Andrew Romans, Advisor

Andrew Romans is a successful, consistently top decile performing VC having completed over 100 VC investments, a VC-backed entrepreneur, 4x author, university professor, host of podcast Fireside with a VC, former tech VC and M&A investment banker, General Partner of 7BC Venture Capital. His books have been published by McGraw Hill in English as well as major publishers in Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Russian, and Arabic. Romans raised over $48m for tech startups he founded by the age of 28. Romans was also a Managing Partner at Georgetown Venture Partners (GVP), a venture capital focused boutique investment bank active the US, UK, Nordics, Europe, and Israel as well as Georgetown Angels, an active angel group with offices in Silicon Valley and New York City. Romans was a General Partner at The Founders Club, a venture capital equity exchange fund and advisor on secondaries. He’s a frequent guest on CNBC’s the Closing Bell, completed an MBA at Georgetown University on scholarship and is fluent in French and German, conversant in Slovak.
